I have been going to the Rocky Mtn Natl Park since 1998 when I first moved to Cheyenne, WY. I have never seen moose there. I haven't been there in 2 years because I moved to Arizona but I am getting ready to move back up to the area. I was browsing the web page and was very surprised by the pictures of moose. Have I been missing something all along or is this new???

Wendy,
Moose sightings on the east side of the park have been quite rare in the past but have increased in the last couple of years. The west side of the park and the north side (Colorado State Forest) have lots of prime moose habitat and sightings there are not unusual.
