Longs Peak Scottish Highland Festival Parade of bands and clans. Elkhorn Ave. 9:30 am 970-577-9900; 800-44-ESTES Anticipate Elkhorn Avenue and its accesses to close at about 9 a.m. Saturday. Detours: Hwy 34 West - Traffic will be routed onto Steamer Drive and past the Stanley Hotel before accessing the bypass.
Hwy 36 West - Traffic will be routed over Moccasin Bypass to Moraine Ave. west
Hwy 36 East - Detour from Moraine Ave to Mocassin Bypass
Hwy 34 East - Detour from the Bypass to Steamer Drive connecting with Big Thompson Avenue.
Safety considerations will determine when the routes open after the parade is over.
