Beaver Meadows Visitor Center
Beaver Meadows Visitor Center is open all year (except Christmas Day) daily on U.S. Route 36, 3 miles west of the town of Estes Park. Watch a free 20 minute film on the Park (show times on the hour and half-hour throughout the day). Get oriented with the topographical relief map of the Park. Ask a ranger what to do in the Park. Purchase books. Reserve backcountry camping sites at the backcountry office in the adjacent building by following the footpath just east of the visitor center. Buy a gift. Handicapped accessible and family restrooms available. The picnic area has 4 picnic tables, no fire pits/grills. Explore!
